The agreement between you and Crate when you upload and sell designs. Last updated September 2026.
These terms apply to every creator who uploads artwork to Crate and lists it for sale. By uploading a design, publishing it, or setting a price, you accept these terms.
Crate is operated by the Juels team. Buyers are covered separately at checkout.
You confirm that every design you upload is your own original work, or that you hold the rights needed to license and sell it. Do not upload traced, ripped, scraped or unlicensed commercial artwork.
If you use AI tools, fonts, stock elements or sample packs inside a design, you must have the right to sell the result commercially. You keep ownership of your artwork — uploading grants Crate only the license needed to host, preview, sell and deliver it.
You set the price in USD for each design. Buyers receive a commercial license to use the artwork in their own apparel and print work.
The platform keeps 20% of each sale as the marketplace fee. The split cannot be changed on a per-design basis.
You earn 80% of every sale of your design. Earnings accumulate on your upload page as sales come in.
Payouts are sent to you manually by the Crate team — no bank setup is needed in the app. We reach out using your account email to arrange payment. You are responsible for your own taxes on earnings.
Every graphic can be voted as more grunge or more Y2K, one vote per person per design. Tag honestly — the community sorting depends on it.
Do not vote-bomb, use bot accounts, or coordinate rating manipulation. Abusive voting can get your account restricted.
The buyers-only forum is for design talk, mood boards and questions. No spam, harassment, reselling other members' files, or posting content you do not have the rights to share.
Forum access is earned: you need a paid purchase or a published design to post.
Crate can remove any design, vote, or post that breaks these terms, and can suspend accounts that repeatedly violate them. If someone reports your design as infringing, we may unpublish it while we look into it.
You can unpublish your own designs at any time from your upload page. Sales already completed are not refundable to buyers through you — buyers go through the platform.
These terms may be updated as the marketplace evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page.
